Create A World? Sort of, yes.

You can use SimCity 4 Deluxe to create a custom world for Sims 2. Well, the road layout, modify the land, bridges, and water.

Tips:
- A 5 x 6 lot in Sim 2 is the same size as a 3 x 2 area in SimCity 4. See Spoiler ► Show Spoiler
- The road layout you make in SimCity 4 will be flipped horizontally in Sims 2. (Like a mirror.)
- You can only use the smallest areas in SimCity 4. The larger sizes won't work.
- If you want to utilize your entire neighborhood map in Sims 2, use this mod by DasMatze2: https://modthesims.info/d/305352/easy-d ... amera.html It's a camera mod that can pan all the way across the map, end to end. You'll see the edges of the map. You can make a larger road layout in SimCity 4.
- If building a bridge, use the second bridge. The Sims 2 will recognize it.
