Lot Not Snapping to Road Fix

Ok so in Sunset Valley, you know that lot between Villa Alto and 10 Summer Hill Court? No, not the park with the pond, the other one. It's the spot where an Equestrian Center would go. I've never been able to put a 64x64 lot there and have it snap to the road! It was very annoying! Well, guess what? I found a solution!

1. Delete the lot entirely from that spot. (or save it to your library first if you don't want to lose it) It should be an empty space, no lot.
2. Save and quit your game
3. Load the game and load that same save.
4. Now see if a 64x64 lot will snap to the road, it should!
5. Enjoy.

This trick may work for other similar stubborn spots. Keep in mind, you may have to do this trick again if you play Sunset Valley from its beginning.
