Settings
Disable full moon lighting
City Hall -> Nraas -> Overwatch -> Settings -> Disable Full Moon Lighting

Delete all Magical Gnomes
City Hall -> Nraas -> Overwatch -> Settings -> Delete all magical Gnomes

Annoying Unroutable sim notifications
You have to go reset the sim using Master Controller. I know those notifications are annoying but those are there for a reason.
